PALO
DURO BASIN
Dynamic Resources currently has a 100% working interest and a
75% net interest in approximately 2400 acres in the Palo Duro
Basin West Texas. The Palo Duro Basin is located approximately
250 miles northwest of the Forth Worth Basin, which is where the
Barnett Shale Play exists. The Barnett Shale Play is considered
to be one of the largest producing natural gas fields in Texas,
estimated to contain 1 trillion cubic feet of recoverable gas.
The play in Palo Duro Basin targets Pennsylvanian-aged shales
that exist between 7000 to 10000 feet. It is believed that many
Geological similarities exist between the Barnett Shale Basin
and the Palo Duro Basin Shales.
Schlumberger has indicated that based on certain log information
on wells that have been drilled in the area that the potential
"gas in place" indicates in excess of 50 billion cubic
feet of gas per section.
Dynamic is currently evaluating other prospective leases in the
Palo Duro Basin area, with the intent of leasing and eventually
drilling prospective targets.
COOK
RANCH
Dynamic Resources Corp has earned a 3% working interest and a
2.25% net interest in approximately 8800 acres in the Cook Ranch
Acreage located in the La Salle County, Texas by participating
in the drilling of the first test well. The deeper zones proved
to be non-commercial. However, at approximately 6400 feet, the
Escandito Sand was encountered which initially produced approximately
180 barrels of oil per day and 250,000 cubic feet of gas. The
gravity of the Oil is 47.1 API.
