Robert Fedun – President / CEO / Director

Mr. Fedun, once held a senior position as the Canadian Vice President, of a Gas Compressor Manufacturing Company. He was in command of Marketing and Engineering Gas Compressor Packages sold throughout Canada, Europe and the United States of America.

His experience in all phases of the Oil and Gas industry expands over 30 years.

Additional experience consists of president and director of several public companies that have traded on the Canadian and U.S. stock exchanges.

The companies were involved in the Oil, Gas and Mining sectors. His responsibilities included management, raising capital, and seeking potential lucrative joint ventures.

Glen Macdonald - Director / Geologist

Mr. Macdonald a self-employed Geological consultant since September 1982.

Mr. Macdonald’s positions are as follows:

Director of Dynamic Resources Corp., a public mining company listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange and the CNQ from 1995 until the present.

Golden Quail Resources a public mining company listed on the VSE and NASDAQ from May 1989 to present.

SRR Mercantile Inc. from June 1996 to present.

Director of Arcturus Resources Ltd. to 2001.

Ken Ralfs – Director / Geologist

Mr. Ralfs has been involved in the mineral exploration industry since 1964.

Experience earned as a geologist, project manager and stockbroker.

Officer and Director of public companies allow Ken to bring his creative strategic thinking to Dynamic Resources Corp.,

Phil Kendrick – Consultant

Graduate from the University of Texas

President of Kendrick Oil & Gas Company
A successful family-owned business in operation for 90 years

Mr. Kendrick is a member and past Vice President of the Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association and the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers. 

Currently, Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of America.  The largest Oil and Gass association in the United States head quartered in Washington, D.C.
